Articles
Articles about Tampa film festivals, film festivals, and the business of film festivals.

Film Festival Coverage
Tampa film festival coverage on Tampa Bay Film. Film festivals will be covered by two teams, with one Tampa Bay Film staff team covering the film festival itself, and the other team watching the films (this coverage format requires a minimum staff of three). The coverage itself will be published on the main Tampa Bay Film site, but the review, compiled by both teams, would be published on the Tampa Film Review Tampa Bay Film site. Tampa Bay Film film festival coverage would be unequaled, and it will make our coverage an industry standard.

Film Festival Reviews
Tampa film festival reviews by our Tampa Bay Film event coverage teams, published on Tampa Film Review, a Tampa Bay Film site.

Our Film Festivals
Includes the Tampa Bay Film Online Film Festival (currently the most effective Tampa film festival, with more exposure than all Tampa film festival events combined, as it is open 24/7, and has been running constantly since January 11, 2007. The online film festival is also available anywhere in the world where there is an Internet connection. Right now, at this moment, several people are watching films on our online film festival), the Tampa Film Showcase monthly film festival and professional networking event series, the Reverence Film Festival, and more, which also includes an array of creative, and effective, underground film festivals.

Other Film Festivals
Tampa film festivals produced my other parties, which includes the Gasparilla International Film Festival (GIFF), the Sunscreen Film Festival, the Ybor Festival Of The Moving Image, and many more. We will be referencing reviews for these film festivals, which will be published on Tampa Film Review, a Tampa Bay Film site, from the individual film festival sections. We’re also going to be using a virtual “time machine”, researching past film festivals, and film festivals which are no longer in operation, and retro-reviewing them for historical reference.
This Tampa Film Festivals web site will be a resource for anyone wanting to know the real deal, and the bottom line, when it comes to Tampa film festivals. We are the authority on Tampa film festivals.

Tampa Services
Services offered through Tampa Bay Film and our affiliates for the Tampa Bay market. Includes, but is not limited to, photography, event planning, film festival planning, indie film premiers, marketing, advertising, and web site design services.

Conventional Film Festivals
Annual and monthly Tampa film festivals of a conventional nature; film festivals with public venues, budgets, and marketing. Most conventional film festivals are not nearly as cost-effective, or as effective, as alternatives, such as online film festivals and underground film festivals.

Underground Film Festivals
Tiny low, micro, or no budget Tampa film festivals which are often gatherings of people who watch (and often review) indie films. These are often private film viewing parties. Also known as guerilla film festivals. Currently, the only underground film festivals in the Tampa Bay market is by Tampa Bay Film (which is no surprise, since we invented them), and these are used as viral lead-in’s to conventional film festival properties. Underground film festivals, although small, are just as effective as more conventional Tampa film festivals, especially with Tampa Bay Film teams giving them the same coverage as we give to large conventional film festivals.
